It has an additional spray system so that it can be used manually if desired. |
Vertical Axis Automatic Sandblasting Machine, like our other machines, is our own production and is a high-process automatic sandblasting machine. It processes the outer surfaces of the parts rotating in the table homogeneously by spraying with a vertical, speed-adjustable, angle nozzle. The rotation speed of the turntable, the spraying amount and the spraying pressure can be adjusted. It also has electronic software that shows the transaction time and gives a warning when the time expires. All these parameters can be changed touch-sensitive on the PLC screen, and programming can also be done. Thanks to its powerful filter system, it provides zero dust emission and a much healthier working environment.
